Contact form

When you submit the form we process your name, e-mail address, message, the language of the form, the time of submission, your browser identifier and an irreversible (hashed) fingerprint of your IP address.

• Purpose: answering your enquiry and filtering automated (spam) submissions.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request and legitimate interest in spam protection (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Storage: the website database (contact_submissions table), accessible only to server-side code.
• Retention: 2 years after the enquiry is closed, unless a longer period is required by law.
• Automated e-mails: a notification is sent to sales@fogdragon.eu and a confirmation e-mail is sent to you in the language of the form.
